If no one has told you yet, Cost Plus World Market has a Friends & Family sale where everything (except food & drinks) is 30% off. And, it’s going on right now. Since I rarely need anything from World Market that can’t wait util a sale, this is typically a big day for me. I have saved & dreamed and this is where I cash in.
Now, since everything we own is in storage, and we share my childhood home with my brother at the moment, it’s very easy to get me excited about new decor. I made a spreadsheet of all the things we will need in the new house, from appliances to picture frames. We have an inspiration board to keep me own track of only purchasing things that reflect the style we’re going for. (It works 75% of the time, maybe.) I wait around for the good sales at my favorite stores & try to get as much off the spreadsheet as I can.
Now, back to today’s World Market online excursion…
I am obsessed with mirrored anything. I’ve been searching for master bedroom lamps for a while. These Martina Aged Mirror Table Lamps are about 7″ in width, which is perfect for a nightstand. I found some similar ones I loved on Amazon, but they were discontinued before I could buy them. They were also $120 each. You can get these here.
Regular Price: $49.99/each I Paid: $34.99/each
These things are everywhere. All my favorite bloggers have them. I have many (many, many) stud earrings & have been meaning to buy one of these to corral the. Today was a great excuse to pick one up. You can’t beat the price, even if there isn’t a sale. You can get yours here.
Am I the only person who really struggles with laundry solutions? Right now we have a great three drawer separator with a shelf & a bar across the top for hanging. I got it on Wayfair. It’s perfect since I have to go all the way across the house to the laundry room & I can take it all in one trip. Since the new house laundry is connected to the master bath/closet, we won’t be needing the same solutions. I have been in love with cart style bin forever. I picked up two here.
I’m not sure where I’m going to use this yet, but I’ve been searching for a few rustic elements that compliment our style. This fits the bill. It would be great fruit storage on the kitchen counter, or laundry supplies, or bathroom essentials. So many options. Get yours here.
Regular Price: $39.99 I Paid: $27.99
I am obsessed with these. We have a wooden salad bowl, but it came with standard tongs. I saw these here & since they’re the same wood grain & adorable, I didn’t hesitate to add them to my cart.
Regular Price: $12.99 I Paid: $9.09
Can we just all agree that baskets are the best? They’re decorative. They store things. Best of both worlds. These lidded baskets are perfect for storing blankets in a den & the smaller ones would be great to keep the not so pretty items on a bathroom counter or dresser. I just got one large one today, but I will probably end up buying more when I start organizing at the new house. You can get all three sizes here.
Regular Price: $19.99-$39.99 I Paid: 27.99 for the large size
